Lydia’s background includes roles in project management at University Realty, a subsidiary of Arizona State University Enterprise Partners, and tenant coordination at Macerich, where she managed and tracked tenant buildouts within several large-scale shopping centers across the country, including Broadway Plaza, La Cumbre Plaza, The Mall of Victor Valley, The Oaks, The Village of Corte Madera, Arrowhead Towne Center, San Tan Village, Superstition Springs Center, Flatiron Crossing, and Twenty Ninth Street. Other roles include leading positions of office management, residential property management and leasing within Greater Phoenix.
Lydia is a graduate of the University of Dayton and received her Masters of Real Estate Development from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. She is an active member of AZCREW, Urban Land Institute (ULI) and other industry organizations.
Alex’s business background over the past 15 years began as an associate broker for a commercial brokerage and most recently co-founding and starting Apex CRE as its Designated Broker. His focus on commercial properties included retail, industrial, office, multi-family and flex space. He has also been involved development projects in Phoenix and the Southwest United States.
With over 15 years supporting and understanding his clients and helping them achieve their key business objectives, Alex’s results speak for themselves.
Alex is particularly adept at identifying creative strategies to align real estate needs with business requirements.
He holds degrees in Business Administration (BBA) focusing on entrepreneurship and Masters of Real Estate Development from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He’s an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association for Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also a Service Disabled Veteran which provides APEX CRE, Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOB) business status.
